2. Think through your budget

3. Think through your guest lists

4. Now that you have a working wedding framework (your vision, budget, and how many guests), begin to book your venue.

5. Interview and book vendors that can only work one wedding at a time (eg. wedding planner, officiant, photographer, video-grapher, caterer, reception band or deejay). This way you will make sure that you get the vendor you want for your wedding day.

6. Begin to interview and book vendors that can book several events in the same day (eg. florist, cake artist, hairstylist, transportation).

7. Now begin to interview and book the following vendors: invitation designer, ceremony musicians, lighting, and make up artist.

8. Produce production time-line schedules for your wedding day.

9. Stay on top of dates for your bridal shower and other wedding related events.

10. Enjoy your wedding day.

There are brides who can’t afford to hire a wedding planner to help with the organization of their wedding. In these cases, they often try to search for books, magazines etc. that could teach them how to plan their wedding with minimum costs. But this is another tricky problem. How do we know what books to choose? Which are the best ones that offer complete information and are available to all women? You can try to find the answers to these questions by reading the review of wedding planning guides. It is the simplest way to find out the pros and the cons of these books.

Before talking about the review of wedding planning guides, I am going to enumerate some titles of the best wedding planning books and then some review examples. Among the best, we can add “Jo Gartin’s Weddings : An Inspiring Guide for the Stylish Bride;” “The Bridesmaid Handbook;” “Planning Your Wedding In No Time;” or “Intimate Weddings”.

By putting together a wedding planning checklist you will be able to stay on task and know what is next. Some people do not realise how important it is to plan certain things and end up later regretting something that they forgot. A wedding is a wonderful celebration and should not be stressful in any way at all for the bride and the groom. With the proper amount of planning you can make sure that your wedding is just how you want it with no stress put on yourself or your mate.

You need to figure out what your priorities are when you are planning your wedding. Your checklist needs to cover everything form the most minor thing to the most major thing. Take plenty of time to brainstorm and come up with every possible thing you can that you will need while planning your wedding. You should even go as far as to get outside help from friends or family members that have planned a wedding in their lives. They will be able to help you by giving you ideas that you might not have thought of.

Destination weddings are held on the beach or in some other exotic location and are generally casual and fun. They combine the ceremony, reception, and honeymoon into a memorable vacation for the couple and their guests. The hardest part is often finding a location that suits the couple and the guests they wish to have in attendance.

Due to the travel involved, it is best to keep the guest list for your destination wedding short and sweet. Limiting it to immediate family and a few close friends is wise. Small groups can often benefit from travel and accommodation discounts, so these expenses might be surprisingly low if you get a package deal.

Keeping the guest list small also makes it easier to ensure that everyone you invite will be there. Guests will need to arrange for childcare, time off from work, and house sitting. Notify your guests of the date as soon as you set it, even if you haven’t yet chosen a destination. This will give them plenty of time to make arrangements.

Making a list of your priorities can help you choose the best destination for your wedding. If you want to get married on the beach but aren’t particularly choosy about which beach it is, it makes sense to choose one that is close by rather than one in a foreign country. Doing so will be less expensive if money is a primary concern. On the other hand, if you have a particular location in mind that has sentimental value, planning well in advance will help make it a reality.

If you have several destinations in mind but are having a hard time deciding on one, making a list of each destination’s pros and cons can be helpful. Take into consideration cost, travel distance, and special requirements such as passports. Research each location thoroughly online if you’ve never been there yourself, or ask for advice from friends who have traveled.

If you have ever dreamed of a place which feels like a fairytale, yet is modern and bustling metropolis, Prague is the right spot. What could be more romantic than having your wedding ceremony in the middle of the oldest bohemian settlement, with splendid Prague castle behind your back and ancient gargoyles blessing your step into matrimony? Prague is ultimately the most beautiful place where you can profess your love for one another.

Based in the heart of Europe, White – Prague Wedding Agency is a full-service event agency that specializes in planning destination weddings. White – Prague Wedding Agency coordinators have been planning successful Prague & Czech Republic weddings for half a decade. Due to their cooperation with the finest hotels, elite restaurants and most importantly church and town hall authorities, they have managed to gain an excellent reputation. With their attention to detail and creative flair, combined with the ability to listen and understand the client’s wishes and needs, coordinators at White – Prague Wedding Agency are renowned for being experienced and reliable wedding professionals in Prague & Czech Republic.
